About the Reset
Welcome
The Calm Lab Reset is a quiet, supportive space designed to help your nervous system shift out of survival mode — so your body can actually prepare for rest.
This is not a sleep hygiene checklist or a "try harder to relax" program. It's an invitation to move through 14 days of gentle, body-based practices that signal safety to your nervous system, so sleep stops feeling like something you have to chase.
Simply arrive as you are. Your body already knows how to rest — it just needs the right cues to remember.
What this reset offers
Over 14 days, you’ll be guided through short, calming practices that support your nervous system through breath, stillness, and gentle awareness.
Each day includes:
-
A brief guided practice (about 5–15 minutes) you can do in or near bed
-
Simple breath and movement cues that signal your body it's safe to wind down
-
Space to move slowly, pause, or repeat as needed
The practices are designed to be approachable, grounding, and easy to return to — even on days when energy feels low.
The practices build on each other — so by the end of 14 days, your nervous system begins to recognize bedtime as a cue for rest, not more alertness.
Simply arrive as you are.
How it works
-
This is a self-paced, program (listen and/or watch)
-
You’ll have access to all practices in one private space
-
Begin the Reset when you're ready.
-
Designed to be done in the evening or at bedtime — but go at whatever pace works
-
You’re welcome to move through the days in order, revisit practices, or take breaks whenever needed
There is no “falling behind” here.
Who this is for
This reset may be supportive if you:
-
Lie awake even when you're exhausted
-
Feel wired, restless, or overstimulated at bedtime
-
Wake in the night and can't fall back asleep
-
Carry the day's tension into bed with you
-
Want something gentle that actually works — not another thing to push through
-
No prior experience with yoga or breathwork is needed.
A gentle note
This reset is meant to support your nervous system, not add to your to-do list.
There is no pace to keep up with and no right way to move through the practices. You don't need to be consistent, perfect, or already calm to begin.
Some nights the shift will be immediate. Some nights it won't — and that's still useful information for your body.
The intention is to give you a steady place to return to, night after night, until rest starts to feel like something that belongs to you again.
You're welcome here, exactly as you are.
Access
Once you join, you’ll receive immediate access to the program space.
