About Me.

Hi- I'm Kassandra Mollé. I bring together years of experience in trauma-informed yoga and somatic movement, breathwork for anxiety, grounding, and emotional regulation, Yoga Nidra, deep rest, and sleep support, mindfulness and nervous system awareness, lifestyle and wellness coaching (Harvard-certified), and teaching, holding space, and guiding others with compassion. My work is also deeply informed by my training with Eckhart Tolle, especially in cultivating presence, stillness, and awareness.

But what truly shapes my work is the combination of science, intuition, lived experience, and a deep respect for each person’s nervous system and story.

Over the years, my own healing journey has taught me the value of slowing down, listening inward, and honoring the body’s natural wisdom. I’ve experienced seasons of anxiety, burnout, and deep exhaustion—and through those seasons, I’ve learned how powerful gentle, consistent practices can be. My background as both an educator and a seeker has given me a unique blend of structure and softness: the ability to guide with clarity, while creating spaces where people feel safe, seen, and supported.

My story is woven with years of teaching children, supporting families, working with adults in transition, and walking alongside people of all ages as they navigate the very human experiences of stress, change, and healing. I’ve come to understand that presence is not something we achieve—it’s something we return to, again and again, with compassion.

The Calm Lab grew out of this lived understanding: that healing is not linear, that rest is essential, and that every nervous system deserves spaciousness, choice, and care. My work is grounded in both personal healing and professional training, but guided most deeply by a heartfelt commitment to helping others feel more at home in themselves.
