You've Tried to Relax.
Your Body Didn't Get the Memo.
You know the advice. Breathe deeper. Sleep better. Slow down. You've tried the apps and the routines, and still — your shoulders live near your ears, your mind won't stop at night, and rest feels like something other people get to have.
That's not a willpower problem. It's a nervous system stuck in protection mode, doing exactly what it learned to do to keep you safe.
Private sessions are for you if:
-
Your body feels wired and tired at the same time
-
You carry tension you can't seem to "think" your way out of
-
You've done the mindset work but your body hasn't caught up
-
You want practices made for your system, not a one-size-fits-all class
-
You're navigating stress, overwhelm, or old patterns that live in the body
We Work With Your Body, Gently
Each session is a quiet, unhurried space to help your nervous system remember it's safe to settle. No performance, no pushing, no needing to already be flexible or calm or "good at this."
Depending on what you need that day, a session may include:
-
Somatic movement — slow, trauma-informed sequences that release held tension
-
Breath and vagal toning — simple techniques that shift you out of fight-or-flight
-
Rest practices — yoga nidra and guided stillness that teach your body to down-regulate
-
Nervous system education — understanding why your body does what it does, so you stop fighting it
You leave with a felt shift in the moment, and a small, doable practice to carry into your week.

Trained to Hold This
Work Well
My name is Kassandra Mollé
I'm Kassandra, founder of The Calm Lab. I teach nervous system regulation the way I wish someone had taught me — rooted in science, delivered with warmth, and always at the pace your body can actually receive.
My training:
-
RYT-500 trauma-informed yoga (Kundalini 300hr + Hatha 200hr, Yoga Farm Ithaca)
-
Harvard-certified wellness coach
-
Yoga Nidra & somatic mindfulness coaching
-
Teacher of Presence — School of Awakening with Eckhart Tolle
-
M.S. & B.S. in Education, Florida State University
This work is grounded in polyvagal theory and somatic healing — but you don't need to know any of those terms to feel the difference. You just need a body that's ready to learn it's safe to rest.

Trust-Based Sliding Scale
Tier 1 — Access · $75
For when money is genuinely tight and this is what's real for you right now. Choosing this means you can be here at all — that matters more than the number.
Tier 2 — Sustaining · $115
The true cost of the work. This reflects my time, training, and full presence, and it's what keeps this practice alive. If you're financially steady, this is your tier.
Tier 3 — Supporting · $155
If you're able, this tier directly keeps an Access spot open for someone who couldn't otherwise come. You're not paying "extra" — you're holding the door.
Coming to you
I'm based in Dunwoody and love bringing this work into your own space —
your nervous system often settles best at home. Sessions within about 10 miles are included at no extra cost.
A little farther out, I add a small travel fee to cover the drive:
– Within ~10 miles of Dunwoody: included
– 10–20 miles: +$20
– 20+ miles: +$35 (or let's talk — I don't want distance to be the reason we don't work together)

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kassi and Namaste Your Life. I could never quite get into yoga and then I was introduced to Kundalini with Kassi. It was slower and more focused on breathwork which was exactly what I needed, and it has become a crucial part of my mental and spiritual wellness. She is an incredible instructor and spiritual mentor for me. She truly cares and will help you find what’s right for your individual needs. I highly recommend her!"

"It was an honor working with Kassandra. She facilitated in a retreat this last January and it was an amazing yoga workshop. It was really beautiful how she can make you feel at ease. She is very centered in what she does and also brings in the knowledge of how to be present with the body. I felt like she gave me freedom and flexibility to explore myself through yoga. I highly recommend her for your yoga experience."

"Kassandra is a kind, patient, and attentive instructor. Her meditation classes covered a broad range of meditation styles and explained when to use which technics. It's been beyond helpful when I seek clarity or am having anxiety. As a yoga instructor, Kassandra was able to easily give modifications to help me get the most out of each move. She is encouraging and funny which helps you get out of your head."
Start With a Conversation
The first step isn't a commitment — it's a 15-minute call to talk about what your body's been carrying and whether this work feels right for you.
Quick answers to common questions:
Do I need to be flexible or experienced? No. This isn't about poses or performance. If you can breathe, you can do this work.
Is this therapy? No. This is nervous system education and somatic practice. It can sit alongside therapy beautifully, but it doesn't replace mental health care.
What if I cry / freeze / feel a lot? That's welcome here. The whole point is a space safe enough for your body to finally let go.
