I’m a trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness teacher, breathwork facilitator, Yoga Nidra guide, and lifestyle and wellness coach—but at my core, I’m a human being who knows what it feels like to be overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, or disconnected from yourself and still trying to move through life.

Every person is different. Every nervous system is different. And I’ve spent years learning how to honor those differences with gentleness, presence, and deep respect. My lived experiences—moving through my own seasons of anxiety, burnout, and rebuilding—shape me just as much as my training.

EDUCATION

I bring together a strong foundation of academic training, trauma-informed certifications, and personal healing. With both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Education from Florida State University, a Lifestyle & Wellness Coach certification from Harvard, and advanced training in trauma-informed yoga, Kundalini, Yoga Therapy, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, and Mindfulness through Yoga Farm Ithaca, my work is rooted in both depth and intention. My studies with Eckhart Tolle’s School of Awakening further support my focus on presence and awareness.

EXPERIENCE

I created The Calm Lab as a gentle, supportive space for people navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, sleeplessness, or simply the desire to feel more present in their lives. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages—children, teens, adults, caregivers, educators, leaders, and older adults—each carrying their own story and needs. These experiences have taught me how to hold space with compassion, clarity, and a grounded, intuitive understanding of what the human heart and nervous system need to feel safe, seen, and supported.

SPECIALTIES

I support people of all ages—adults, children, teens, caregivers, leaders, and groups—each bringing their own story and needs. Together, we explore burnout, stress, trauma, anxiety, sleep challenges, and the many emotional experiences that arise in daily life. Our work blends gentle practices such as meditation and mindfulness, teaching presence, yoga, somatic inquiry, supportive nutrition, physical activity, and relationship awareness, helping you reconnect with yourself and move through life with more ease and clarity.
