I’ve taught, guided, and supported people through stress, anxiety, caregiving, transitions, burnout, and life changes. I’ve watched people walk in tightly wound, overwhelmed, or exhausted — and leave breathing easier, feeling softer, and remembering who they are.
I do this work because I know what it feels like to want peace.
To want rest. To want to feel like yourself again. And I know the power of simple, supportive tools to bring you back home to yourself — to a place where you can breathe, settle, and feel whole again.
All About Me
I created The Calm Lab as a gentle, supportive space for people navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, sleeplessness, or simply the desire to be more present in their life. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people of all ages and backgrounds — from children and teens, to adults, caregivers, educators, and older adults seeking comfort, healing, or grounding.
My experience spans both individual sessions and group environments, giving me a deep understanding of how different people learn, process, regulate, and feel supported. I’ve guided:
• Individuals seeking personalized care for anxiety, overwhelm, chronic stress, and sleep issues
• Teens navigating emotional intensity, identity development, and school pressure
• Adults balancing careers, caregiving, burnout, and big life transitions
• Educators and professionals who need nervous system support to manage daily demands
• Older adults looking for gentle movement, breathwork, and connection
• Groups of varying sizes in yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, restorative practices, workshops, and wellness programs
Across all ages and settings, my focus remains the same:
to create a safe, choice-centered space where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to move at their own pace.
Working with such diverse groups has allowed me to develop an adaptable, intuitive approach — one where I can modify practices instantly, read the room with sensitivity, and meet each person exactly where they are. Whether it’s a one-on-one session, a small group class, or a larger workshop, I adjust the tools and tone to match the energy, nervous system state, and comfort level of those in the space.
Every person is different. Every nervous system is different.
And I have spent years learning how to honor those differences with respect, gentleness, and skill.
What Sessions Include
I believe in making healing accessible while honoring the value of the work, the care that goes into each session, and the personalized support you receive throughout the week. Below you’ll find my current pricing options, including in-person, travel-to-you, and online sessions.
Every session includes:
• A personalized weekly plan
• Unlimited text support with me between sessions
• Two 15-minute weekly touch-base call (more if needed)
• Fully customized guidance
